Discovery conversation
A listening-first discussion about local priorities, the intended cohort and operational questions.
Aegis Path is being built in Bolton to help people organise the everyday work of long-term conditions. We are seeking discovery conversations with partners who can challenge the scope, help identify inclusion needs and assess operational fit.
The purpose is feasibility: whether the initial medication loop is useful, understandable, accessible and workable alongside existing services. It is not a claim of clinical effectiveness or a replacement for established care routes.
A listening-first discussion about local priorities, the intended cohort and operational questions.
Agree a narrow, non-diagnostic scope and identify the privacy, information-governance and support work required before any pilot.
Test language, accessibility, consent controls and routine fit with people who may use the service.
Review usability, engagement, inclusion and operational fit. Do not make clinical-outcome claims without an appropriate study.
Aegis Path helps people organise medication routines, prescription tasks, appointments and notes. It does not diagnose, triage, prescribe, recommend treatment changes, replace clinicians or handle emergencies.
Patients record your practice or pharmacy details and preferred contact routes themselves
Aegis Path never sends requests to you automatically or acts on a patient’s behalf
No clinical decisions, triage or monitoring, and no staff access to patient accounts
Patient-approved information sharing only, if and when a partner route is agreed
Direct workflow integration only after the partner process, data-protection basis and operational owner are agreed
We welcome GP practices, pharmacies, community organisations and patient-voice partners who want to help shape the first Bolton learning programme.
