A woodland path, part of the Virtus Nemeton visual identity
Bolton, Greater Manchester

Built in public, beginning with the work between appointments.

Aegis Path is inviting people living with long-term conditions, carers, community organisations and local health partners to help shape its first patient-controlled health-organisation tools.

01

Listen first

We are learning from people who manage medication, prescriptions, appointments and care responsibilities every day.

02

Start narrow

The first focus is the medication loop: reminders, reorder planning, collection, appointments and notes.

03

Keep people in control

Carer support is optional, consent-based and revocable. The person using Aegis Path decides what is shared.

A pilot should learn before it claims.

The initial Bolton programme is intended to explore usefulness, accessibility, inclusion and operational fit. It is not a clinical-outcomes study, a replacement for GP care or a diagnostic-AI deployment.

Help shape what comes next.

Aegis Path helps organise health routines and prepare for conversations. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment changes or replace advice from a clinician.
